Joined DXC Technology as an Analyst III in Infrastructure Services, instantly stepping into a massive, SLA-driven global operations environment. Quickly adapted to the rigorous governance of enterprise change management.
Mastering ITSM & Infrastructure
Took deep ownership over end-to-end Incident Management, Change Governance, and technical infrastructure support. Validated RFCs, managed CAB approvals, coordinated VMware migrations, handled SCCM patching, and actively provisioned access using BeyondTrust PAM. Continuously advancing technical breadth with cloud certs (AWS/Oracle) and currently pursuing a B.Tech (WILP) in Computer Science.
